We are looking for a talented Playable Development Tech Lead to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of Playable Ads: oversee and guide the technical aspects to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Evaluate external vendors' work to ensure it meets project requirements and standards
- Create innovative ads in the Playable Ads format
- Optimize Playable Ads for the best user experience, scalability, and adaptability
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including creative producers, artists, and animators
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in developing Playable Ads or HTML games
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience with the following engines/frameworks: Cocos Creator, ThreeJS
- Proficiency in coding Playable Ads using JavaScript, HTML5, C#, and other relevant languages
- Experience in planning and budgeting for Playable Ads projects
- Knowledge of Playable Ads development processes within game development and playable production companies
Nice to Have
- Experience in reverse engineering Playable Ads built by other developers
- Experience in game development with Unity or Godot
- Experience in deploying and gathering analytics for Playables
- Understanding of performance metrics used to evaluate Playable Ads
- Experience with at least two of the following engines/frameworks: PixiJS, Phaser, CreateJS, PlayCanvas, Luna
