We are looking for a talented Lead Marketing Analyst to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Data consistency: Develop and maintain a reliable analytical infrastructure that ensures high-quality data. Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of data used for analytics and decision-making
- Data and insights for teams: Deliver timely, high-quality data and insights to the User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative teams to support decision-making
- Dashboard creation: Design and maintain dashboards that meet the needs of the User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative teams. Ensure these dashboards are user-friendly and adaptable to evolving business requirements
- ROI prediction system: Create and implement an accurate ROI prediction system for various marketing initiatives. Continuously refine predictive models based on new data and results
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Data analysis: Analyze user acquisition performance data and in-game behavior to deliver valuable, data-driven insights. Create data visualizations as needed to uncover insights related to media campaigns and optimization strategies
- Data presentation: Communicate insights to stakeholders, including leadership and marketing teams. Leverage quantitative analysis and data visualization skills to provide clear recommendations to management
- Modeling and forecasting: Develop and maintain ROI models and KPI calculations to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Build revenue predictive models to support budget planning and optimization
- Fraud detection: Design and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraud in marketing campaigns and user activities
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with various teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful execution of analytical projects. Translate business requirements into technical tasks and work closely with the Data Engineering team to develop solutions
- Support for business decisions: Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and enhance daily decision-making. Develop standardized dashboards and reports that emphasize automation and scalability to support business decisions
- Process optimization: Recommend improvements to the team’s analytical processes and tools. Ensure the adoption of best practices and modern approaches in data analysis and visualization
