We help talented developers around the globe focus on making mobile games they love. We publish their games and increase their revenue, so they can produce worldwide hits.
AppQuantum is renowned for its popular titles, including Gold & Goblins, Idle Lumber Empire, and Idle Outpost, among others.
The company is headquartered in Cyprus. Our team has 140+ people working from 18 locations, and we’re constantly looking for new professionals!
We’re broadening our horizons by expanding our in-house development studio to bring our ideas to life more efficiently. To make this happen, we’re looking for a talented Game Producer with a proven track record of successfully launching mobile games from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision development: Define the concept and strategy for upcoming hit projects
- Product-market fit validation: Conduct marketing tests to confirm market demand for the game
- Rapid prototyping: Develop prototypes to refine and finalize gameplay
- Production management: Organize and coordinate the development process to efficiently bring the product to the global market
- Team leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve the best results
- Stakeholder management: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience: At least 3 years as a Producer in mobile games, preferably in genres like Idle Tycoon, Idle RPG, RPG Battlers, 4X Strategy, Farm, or Tower Defense
- In-depth knowledge of the mobile gaming market: Understanding of current trends and the competitive landscape
- Understanding of system game design and monetization: Expertise in creating successful game systems and monetization strategies
- Experience in UX and art/UI: Strong sense of aesthetics and a solid understanding of user experience
- Analytics experience: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
