We are looking for a talented Lead Monetization Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing the monetization potential of games under consideration for publication
- Developing and implementing monetization strategies to enhance game profitability
- Collaborating closely with developers to align monetization strategies
- Conducting A/B testing, analyzing results and implementing successful solutions
- Monitoring and optimizing key monetization metrics, developing and testing new features
- Standardization and enforcing game development processes
- Organizing and leading a team of game designers for all publishing projects
- Working closely with partner studios
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Expertise in the monetization and balancing of free-to-play mobile games
- 5+ years of experience in game design projects (additional experience in expansion projects is a plus)
- Success cases in developing and implementing effective monetization strategies
- Ability to create an innovation ideas and adapt monetization strategies in response to market trends
- Proficiency in market analysis, best practice implementation, and conduct A/B tests
- B1+ English
Nice to Have
- Experience in creating and testing new monetization features
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in overseeing the monetization of projects generating $1,000,000+ revenue
