At AppQuantum, we want to foster an environment where our partner studios can share experience, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. We brought together teams from our partner studios for an AI workshop with Avetis Zakharyan, Founder of Rockbite Games, who showed how Rockbite uses AI in its day-to-day work.
Rather than going through a list of AI tools, Avetis focused on how AI can fit into the actual game development process — from research and ideation to prototyping, launch, and analytics. He shared examples from Rockbite Games and showed how the team is using AI in its day-to-day work, including connecting LLMs to analytics:
“One interesting use case is connecting an LLM directly to your analytics. It can handle quick operational questions — like how many users came in over the last 30 minutes — while more complex product and financial analysis still needs to be validated by a human.”
— Avetis Zakharyan, Founder of Rockbite Games
That example also reflects a broader point from the workshop: AI is most useful when it becomes part of the workflow, not just another tool sitting alongside the existing ones. People still need to provide the context, decide what matters, and check the results.
Workshops like this are one way we’re developing the AppQuantum partner community. The goal is simple: give studios a chance to share things that actually work for them — including experiments, lessons learned, and approaches that others might find useful. When that knowledge moves between teams, everyone gets more to work with: new ideas to try, hypotheses to test, and practical ways to improve their development process.
That’s the kind of community we want to foster around AppQuantum — one where studios can learn from what other teams are already trying.
Want to be part of a community where studios share knowledge, learn from each other, and build better games together? Join us — we’ll be happy to share our insights and help you move faster, build on what’s already been tried, and avoid mistakes others have already made. Get in touch with us at hi@appquantum.com
